Refund policy
Chase Grace Boutique gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased ONLINE that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Chase Grace Boutique E-Gift Card) within 14 days from the date your order SHIPPED from us. This does not include any sale items or items that have been marked down, these items are not eligible for return. Jewelry and accessories are final sale.
Return form: (Click the link below and include it when returning your item(s).
This form MUST be printed, filled out and sent back with your return. If no form is present with the returned items, we will not be able to process refund, nor will we ship the items back to you.
The cost of return shipping, $5.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Chase Grace Boutique E-Gift Card). The $5.00 will only be taken off if you use a label we send you. Please email shopchasegraceco@gmail.com for a return label or you can purchase your own and ship the return to 1027 Rosewood Drive, Altoona, Iowa, 50009.
All SALE ITEMS & Preorders are non-returnable. They are final sale. No refunds or store credit will be given.
